If there is one thing most IMers will recognize, it is the gradual loss of motivation. In fact, I would say that lack of motivation is the single biggest impediment in making a full time income through IM. Too many people jump into this thing, start out fresh, don't see any huge promised results, lose motivation and move on, only when success was just a few backlinks or tweets away.
