Quick Way To See If A Market is Profitable

This is a pretty solid indicator.
Go to Google Adwords External Keyword Tool and run some of your main keywords. Make sure to click the show/hide columns drop down and select “Show Estimated Avg. CPC”.
If you see people paying a lot for each click that is a good indicator people are making money in that niche.
Also check down the list to see if there are many words showing a lot of traffic.
Managing Information Overload
Way too much information everywhere is not here to stay, it is growing. New information is arriving every minute. It cannot be stopped so it must be managed or it will eat your time like a plague of locusts and spin your brain.
What Do You Really Need To Know?
The first step is to find out where the information you are getting is coming from then limit your exposure to what is not useful. Do you really need that many social networks? How much television do you watch? How many blogs, newspapers, books, news sites, are you at daily? You can live without some of this. You can gain a more productive and more satisfying life by cutting some of this out of your information diet.
I am taking a log of what I do after I did it online and will for the next 2 weeks. Much like keeping a log of what you spend daily to see where you waste money.Then I can see where I really waste time and get spun into to many directions. That is how information overload works. It is to a great extent a reflection of bad time management.

How to tell if a market is likely to be profitable
In a word, research. Plain old market research. With the internet trails are everywhere. The ultimate goal is to find out what your customers really want then supply that to them. They will love you for that, and buy.
Forums are like old web 2.0. They are interactive and the content is built by the participants but were around centuries ago in Internet time. Yet there is a goldmine of wants, desires and needs there for a marketer to find.
After you have read almost any forum for several hours you should notice some questions being asked again and again, this is an important clue. Many of the same problems are discussed again and again, this is a clue.
We need to solve the question of what do they really want in order to make an information product that has some likelihood of being successful.
One other place to look is magazines.com. If there is a magazine or a few magazines about it there is a market. Nobody can continue publishing a commercial type magazine unless advertisers will pay for ads. Once you see a magazine in a niche you find interesting then find thier website and get their Media Kit. This will cover the demographics of the subscribers. For example Pilates magazine subscribers are 80% female. This can give you ideas of what to sell and what additional products could be of interest. By knowing what these people are like you can tailor your site and ads to them.
If you “speak their language” you will at at least get their attention.
Go to Amazon and sign into your account so advanced search will be available. Search topics and titles related to your niche and then select sort by bestselling. This is real live what people are buying. If you can add your unique spin on something people are already buying you have a good shot at having a successful product.
So finding what people want and what they are buying are obvious clues about what can be sold.

It’s the bait. Good bait too. Lots of PLR Free here. Yes you will see a couple offers there but if they do not interest you the PLR is still free. I am talking Gigabytes here. On every imaginable topic. PLR if used right will give you lots of original products you can sell immediately.
How to get the best results with PLR
In a word, re-write it. After you read the whole thing to make sure it is good enough quality to be a representative of your business. Good PLR content offers you the advantage of taking some good content that someone spent a lot of time researching and writing. There is a drawback may times because some marketers will have taken the original PLR and out it up as is. That may work to some extent but you will get a lot better results when you add your own spin to it. You can netter target your customers and be offering something new.
Steps to Rewriting PLR.
If it is an ebook that came with a sales page you will want to change the Title, The graphics and some of the content. The salespage may be better written than you can do but change the header. Now it is yours. and unique.
If you are re-writing articles then for them to be considered original you need to change 30-40% of the article .
Videos do show up, though less often. Usually they are instructional and can be added to your own site. Most the time they are geared to the basics.

Most automated article re-writing tools turn out very poor results. They try to automate but many times the output is barely readable. It’s great and it stinks at the same time.
Slightly intimidating.
There are times when I have to push against my own procrastination. When you are a kid you never consider failure, it doesn’t cross your mind. Your intent is to do something and you just do it. How many great things have been accomplished by those too stupid to know it was something they couldn’t do?
As we get older we raise our expectations of results so high this creates the stress that causes us to hold back. Then we lose a lot. Like the joy of discovery.
Great Things Can Happen
Think about when you write, how many times a great phrase just poured out as you wrote? Then you remembered some story that fit right in and added punch to the idea? Then think about how you may sit sometimes and pre suppose the idea you have to write about is not a good one or it is just not going to have enough content to really have it work? Well you are wrong because you only really know when you are writing what is really going to come out.
Life is like that. Marketing can be an adventure. There will be problems and obstacles..duh. Nobody can anticipate many of these problems and what’s more you cannot anticipate many of the solutions. You have to trust in your own abilities and resourcefulness.
Realize your ideas of the negative outcome are not based in reality. You do not have all the information until your are involved in the process.

It’s Not Really Free Is it? What is Permission Marketing
Free free free and why not take more of me.?
But is it really free? If you have to pay shipping? Well OK I can understand that, I will still think of that as free. If There is a monthly subscription and I have to may shipping? Uh,… no, uh, well not exactly free IS IT?
Kinda doesn’t really seem even sort of free. And what is the wonderful dvd I am paying 3 times the actual shipping and manufacturing for? Well I don’t know because I didn’t get it. From the ones I have gotten well there is a high likelihood it is some good info and a pitch to buy more expensive stuff. They call that a funded proposal.
Like I said I can understand paying for shipping and even still saying it is free but when you add a forced continuity program it is More BS.
Yea I understand, if you just sold a subscription and had that item as a bonus maybe not as many people would have responded. This is a free country and anybody is free to do whatever then think is good and will work in their business and life. I hope you are doing well in everything.
I just think it could have been done as more straight up offer, but what do I know? And just who do I think I am?
There is another cost to consider when getting free information; what is the time cost? Like the shmazzy free online seminar that is really just a pitch fest. Did you really learn enough to justify the time and distraction form actually productive activities?
Tested Twitwall To See If It Gets Indexed
I was curious to see if TwitWall.com posts get indexed so a few days back I wrote this entry:

with a search at google for “a test of search results for twitwall” and it was indexed and this page came up as the number 1 result.
I study SEO and find it kind of cryptic so this test gives me one pebble in the river.
As I understand it on a site like TwitWall I inherit their page rank and weight.
SEO for Firefox says I’ve got got 61 del.icio.us links, 668 Y! links, and 7 Y! page links and one on dmoz
