Flipping Websites

I am learning the value of buying existing websites and I think that is the way to go. There are plenty of fixer-uppers out there. As long as one learns how to evaluate them and re-sell at top dollar or keep them for income.Real Estate always grows in value over time (regardles of temporary drops). Income producing Real Estate always has a quantifiable value. Most businesses sell for 4-5 times their annual revenue yet, with informed searches, income producing web properties can be scooped up often at only one time annual income. There are caveots of course, as in any business investment. This is why to do well a person has to be armed with good information to properly evaluate the true value and with how to find a good deal. Once a property is found and passes due dilligence there are better and worse ways to structure the buy.

Once you have bought a good website property what next? Do you keep it for revenue? How can you grow the revenue? If you sell this site, what is the best way to sell it and the best price for it? Not on ebay I can assure you of that.
