Yahoo Answers is a high ranked site with a lot of traffic. Your link there is good for you.
You will want to have a Yahoo account to do this.
Go to Yahoo Answers and select advance search, type in a related niche phrase, then in the search box, select:
Search for keyword match in: Questions
- Question Status: Open Questions – Best answer has not been chosen
And Finally; check the box for
Then you will get the same usefull results, you will need ot always use advanced search. I answer the question and put my link in the “What is the source” section. Works like a charm. A good part of any multi faceted link building effort.
I have not tried this on other “answers” sites but it should work well ther too. Even a couple a week would build over 100 quality one way backlinks a year.

I’ve been using this strategy for some time. It works well if we have articles that can provide targeted solutions to the questions. Hence, it is a good idea to build an inventory of articles that can answer common questions. It is a good way to make some adsense income.
