Hi,
I was very interested to read your post on the magic video player, unfortunately I brought into the system a few days ago and now when I try to login they tell me that my login info is not correct.
I tried to contact the helpline, no help there. I then contacted them directly through the contact email which can be found on their private terms of service page. I received rather a terse message that they were having major problems and that I should get a refund from Clickbank.
What I find very frustrating about this situation is, why after they were aware of the problems is the sales page still up and running for more unsuspecting people to buy this product ??
If you have any ides as to what is happening with regards to this product I would be very grateful for the heads up because even after all the problems I am having I still feel that it´s a brilliant concept..

Paul – Thanks for telling me, I was not aware of any problems with this product. Sounds like a technical problem they have not been able to fix. Getting a refund is the best option. I agree it is a great idea and if it is not working they should pull the offer. I am going to pull this off my site.
