I just loaded the DB Cache Reloaded WordPress Plugin and have to sum up the load improvement with this one word – WOW.

I ran it on 2 blogs that have lots to load. One in particular was running slow. I had another popular cache on that one but it had not shown much improvement. When I set it up I did not disable the other cache plugins though that may a good thing to do. You probably won’t be missing them or needing them.

Most SEO Professionals say Google is taking load speed into account for ranking purposes but the most important reason to get your site to load as fast as possible is to make your visitors and readers happier. Slow loading sites make people wish they had an “explode the website” button just a click away.

You can say people could be more patient if you like, its not a bad idea if people were, but that is still no excuse for a low loading website or blog.

Recently while bouncing around the net as I tend to do maybe too much of I came across Pingler.com. One thing I noticed is all the pings went through. Most other ping tools do not all go through.

Pingler pings 92 sites, including all Google Blogsearch sites worldwide. I like this set of sites enough I put it in all my niche blogs too. I use Maxblogpress Ping Optimizer and copy paste the ping list in there. Speaking of Maxblogpress grab their Stripe Ad plugin, it is a good way to monitize your blog.

The pingler site is great for Squidoo Lenses, Hub Pages and that kind of site that may or may not do as complete a pinging for new posts.
