Nobody can do everything. As your business grows you will need to outsource some of the work. You could hire employees but those ongoing costs can eat up a lot of capital. What if you need a certain task this employee does not know how to do? Do it yourself or train them and there goes the time you wanted to save. Like you don’t have enough to do.

Deciding to outsource raises some immediate questions. What can be outsourced? Who can do the task? How do I find this person? How do I make sure I will get what my company needs done at a fair price?

Today I came across a free guide about outsourcing that works. The Outsourcing Compendium covers start to finish with 82 pages of solid content on specific outsourcing problems and how to solve them.

Get your free Outsourcing Compendium today and start to get more done with less work.

The longer I am in the internet business, the more I appreciate outsourcing. I just plain don’t have enough time to do everything myself – and some things I just don’t want to do :D
