To me I saw a theme, or I could say underlying concept, that if a link is good and useful for the reader, and given freely by informed choice then it is almost always good for the site.

This article is a bit on the tech side but not really too much There are some ways to incorporate affiliate ads or adsence in your header or in posts. He shows you exactly how to do this.

He also explains different methods of advertising, plugins, context ads, and ads in feeds.

Then there are links at he bottom of the page to information on the best places to but different types of ads on your pages from reader studies.

If you read this and don’t learn something new I will eat a 747. Not. But I will be darned supprised and in awe of your brainyness.

If you want the best results there is a good trick I learned form Willie Crawford. It is simple and straight forward but actually a lot of people do not do this. Do this one thing and you will have better results than many others.

Giveaway a really good product. Whatever it is, make it so good you know you could sell it.

If you write it yourself or re-write plr, either way think of a currently hot topic and make it good. Make your presentation professional. Use sharp graphics and make a good landing page. It doesn’t hurt if you include and additional offer for one of your products or an affiliate product on the page where they sign up on or the thank you page. You can also include an offer in the email for the download link. Just don’t be too pushy and over the top. You are trying to build a relationship here. Later send them more free stuff. The long term value of a customer is measured in dollars.
